For MWAK, I handled tour management and production support across several years of festivals, clubs, livestreams and international bookings. This overarching experience case shows how I coordinated artist, production, timing and travel.
The challenge
To the audience, a booking lasts one set. Behind the scenes, transport, technical requirements, hospitality, backstage flow and last-minute changes all move at once. The real task is filtering information and solving problems without adding pressure to the artist or production team.
Our approach
For each booking, I gathered contacts, timing, transport and practical agreements. On site, I connected artist, promoter and production and coordinated the flow from arrival to departure. The images show highlights from one longer engagement.
The result
That period gave me experience in adapting quickly, communicating with different teams and taking responsibility at complex venues. I now apply that experience to festival production, drone mapping and site intelligence. I no longer offer tour management as a standalone service.
