Magic Island 2025
one integrated production workflow
For the first edition of Magic Island at Puyenbroeck, I combined access coordination, print preparation and drone mapping. From one workstation, I supported several parts of festival production.
The challenge
A first edition changes quickly: suppliers need direction, printed material must be ready on time and the site looks different every day. Without clear ownership, every small question becomes another interruption for the core team.
Our approach
I supervised a three-person gatekeeping team and prepared graphic files for printing. During the build, I produced orthophotos, 3D models and overview images for discussion and follow-up. Results became available after processing as periodic site updates.
The result
The production team gained one clear structure for access, visual branding and site follow-up. Practical questions could be linked to the right information faster while both the build and communication kept moving.
